A GoHighLevel CRM your team will actually use

The GoHighLevel CRM holds your contacts, companies, pipelines, tasks, and every text, email, and call in one record. Most accounts we see were set up in a hurry, so the data is messy and the reports can't be trusted. We build the CRM the way a data team would, so you can see which lead sources turn into revenue.

What it does

What GoHighLevel crm can do

Contacts with full history

Each contact record keeps calls, texts, emails, form fills, appointments, notes, and tasks on one timeline. Unlimited contacts and users are included on every GoHighLevel plan.

Custom fields and tags

Add fields for anything your business tracks, on contacts or on opportunities. Tags mark status and interests so workflows and lists can act on them.

Smart lists

Saved, filtered views that update themselves as contacts match or stop matching the rules, such as "quoted in the last 30 days, no job booked."

Pipelines and opportunities

Track deals through stages you define, with a dollar value on each opportunity. Moving a card can start a workflow, and pipeline reports show value by stage.

Companies

The Company object groups several contacts under one business, useful for B2B accounts, property managers, or referral partners. It can be created automatically from the Business Name field.

Tasks and lead scoring

Assign follow-up tasks with due dates. Score leads with the workflow Math Operation action or the built-in engagement score, then route hot leads first.

Mobile app

The HighLevel and LeadConnector apps let your team reply to conversations, call from the business number, check the calendar, and view dashboards from a phone.

How we set it up

Configured right, and measured from day one

Data model before data entry

We map your sales process first, then define the fields, tags, and pipeline stages to match. Every field has a purpose and a naming convention, so nothing gets duplicated.

Lead source you can trust

Forms, calls, and chats capture UTM parameters and a standardized lead source on the contact and the opportunity. That is what makes source-to-revenue reporting possible.

Pipelines with real exit criteria

Each stage gets a clear definition and an automation, so "Quoted" means the same thing to everyone and stale deals get a task instead of sitting forever.

Import and dedupe

We clean and de-duplicate your existing lists before import, map old fields to new ones, and tag records by origin so you can audit what came from where.

Smart lists for daily work

We build the handful of views your team needs every morning, like new leads with no reply, estimates awaiting follow-up, and past customers due for a check-in.

Adoption scorecard

A simple dashboard shows who is logging activity and moving deals. George built this kind of CRM adoption scorecard in lending, where the resulting automations added one to two loans per loan officer per month.

Who the GoHighLevel CRM is for

It fits local service businesses, small sales teams, and agencies that want contacts, messaging, booking, and follow-up in one system instead of five. Because messaging lives inside the contact record, nothing falls between tools.

It is not a deep enterprise CRM. If you need complex territory rules, CPQ, or fund accounting, a platform like Salesforce may still be the system of record, with GoHighLevel handling engagement.

What it costs

The CRM is included in every GoHighLevel plan: Starter at $97 per month, Unlimited at $297 per month, and Agency Pro at $497 per month, with unlimited contacts and users. Texts, email sends, phone minutes, and AI are billed as usage on top.

Our GoHighLevel setup starts at $1,500 one-time for a local starter build. If you already have an account that needs fixing, a Health Check starts at $397 and is fully credited toward follow-on work.

Common CRM mistakes we fix

  • Dozens of one-off tags nobody remembers creating
  • Duplicate contacts from imports and form submissions
  • No lead source captured, so ad spend can't be judged
  • Pipelines with too many stages and no automation behind them
  • Custom fields created on the wrong object (contact vs. opportunity), which can't be switched later

FAQ

GoHighLevel crm: FAQ

Is GoHighLevel a good CRM for small businesses?

For most local service businesses, yes. It combines contacts, pipelines, texting, email, booking, and reviews in one system with unlimited contacts and users. The trade-off is a steep learning curve and a lot of features. It works best when someone structures the fields, pipelines, and automations up front instead of adding them one at a time.

Does GoHighLevel limit the number of contacts or users?

No. According to GoHighLevel's pricing page, all three plans (Starter, Unlimited, and Agency Pro) include unlimited contacts and users. What grows with your list is usage: every text, email send, and phone minute is billed on top of the plan fee. That is why list hygiene matters more than contact counts.

Can GoHighLevel do lead scoring?

Yes, in a few ways. You can store a score in a custom field and add or subtract points with the workflow Math Operation action, use quiz scoring, or turn on the built-in engagement score. We usually combine scoring with smart lists and workflows so high-scoring leads get assigned and contacted first.

Can I track B2B accounts in GoHighLevel?

Yes. The Company object lets you group several contacts under one business. You can add companies manually, assign contacts in bulk, or have GoHighLevel create and link companies automatically from the Business Name field. Note that a contact can belong to only one company at a time.

Can you move my contacts into GoHighLevel from another CRM?

Yes. We export your data, clean and de-duplicate it, map fields and pipeline stages, and import it with tags that show where each record came from. Our migration service starts at $1,500 one-time, and we have a dedicated process for HubSpot to GoHighLevel moves.
