Is the mini-audit really free?
Yes. There's no cost and no obligation. We review what anyone can see from the outside, like your website, Google Business Profile, reviews, and how fast you respond to an inquiry, then email you a short list of findings. If you want help fixing anything, we'll talk about that separately.
Do you need access to my accounts?
No. The free mini-audit is done entirely from the outside, the way a customer experiences your business. If you want a deeper look inside your GoHighLevel or CRM account, that's our paid Health Check, which starts at $397 and is credited toward any follow-on work.
What do I get back?
A short written findings list in plain English: what's working, what's leaking leads, and the two or three fixes we'd make first. Many fixes are things you can do yourself. We won't bury you in jargon or a 40-page report.
