Why websites need ongoing care
Most website problems are silent. A form stops sending after a settings change. A tracking tag disappears when a page is edited. A software package falls behind on security updates. Nobody notices until leads dry up or something breaks in front of a customer.
The care plan exists to catch those problems early. It comes from the same analytics-first approach behind every site we build: if the site is supposed to bring in leads, someone should be checking every month that it still does.
What's included, and what's not
The plan covers routine upkeep. Anything that grows into a project is quoted separately, up front, so there are no surprise bills.
- Included: hosting for custom sites we build, security and dependency updates, uptime monitoring, small content edits each month, form and tracking checks, and a monthly report.
- Not included: new pages or sections, redesigns, new integrations, e-commerce builds, or ongoing SEO content. We quote these as separate projects. Ongoing search work lives in /services/local-seo and /services/ai-search-optimization.
- Unused edit time does not roll over, which keeps the price low and predictable.
Custom sites vs. GoHighLevel sites
For custom sites we build, the care plan includes hosting, because the site runs on infrastructure we manage for you.
For GoHighLevel sites, your GoHighLevel subscription already hosts the site, so there is nothing extra to host. The care plan focuses on what still needs a person: small edits, monthly form, booking, and tracking checks, and reporting on the leads the site produced.

It is built to catch the quiet problems, like broken forms or missing tracking, that cost you leads without anyone noticing.
Is there a contract for the website care plan?
No long contract. The care plan is month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime. If you leave, your domain stays in your name, and for custom sites we help move hosting and hand over the code. There is no cancellation fee. We would rather earn your business every month than lock you into a long agreement.
How many edits are included each month?
The plan covers small edits each month: updating hours, swapping photos, changing a price, tweaking a service description, or adding a seasonal banner. Edits that grow into projects, like new pages, redesigns, or new integrations, are quoted separately before any work starts, so you always know the cost up front. Unused edit time does not roll over.
Do I need a care plan for a GoHighLevel website?
It is optional. GoHighLevel hosts the site as part of your subscription, so hosting is covered. The care plan is still useful if you want someone to handle edits, test your forms, booking, and call tracking each month, confirm GA4 conversions are recording, and send a monthly report on the leads your website produced.
Can you maintain a website you did not build?
The care plan is designed for sites we build, because we know exactly how they are put together and tracked. If your site was built elsewhere, we can review it first and tell you honestly whether it makes sense to maintain, fix, or rebuild. A free audit is a good starting point for that conversation.
