Nonprofit pricing questions
Who qualifies for nonprofit pricing?
Organizations with active 501(c)(3) status from the IRS. We may ask for your EIN or IRS determination letter before we send a quote. If you're a mission-driven group without 501(c)(3) status, reach out anyway and we'll talk through what we can do.
What is the nonprofit special?
Reduced pricing on our website design and CRM setup work for registered 501(c)(3) organizations. The exact amount depends on the size of the project, so we share it on a free call along with a fixed quote. You'll know the full cost before anything starts.
Does it cover GoHighLevel's subscription?
No. The special applies to our work. You pay HighLevel directly for your plan and usage, so the account and data stay yours. We're not aware of a HighLevel nonprofit discount, but registered charities do qualify for the lower-cost charity texting registration, which we can help you set up.
Can GoHighLevel replace our donor database?
For small organizations with simple giving, often yes. It isn't built for fund accounting, soft credits, or official tax receipts, though, so larger groups usually keep a dedicated donor system and use GoHighLevel for communication. Do you only work with Ohio nonprofits?
No. We're based in Columbia Station, next to Strongsville, and love meeting Cleveland-area organizations in person, but most of the work happens remotely, so we support nonprofits nationwide.
