We provide custom web development, AI automation, CRM and marketing automation, and related digital consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.

Clients agree to provide timely access to information, content, and approvals needed to complete work. Delays in providing materials may affect project timelines and delivery.

Fees, payment schedules, and invoicing terms are specified in your project agreement. Late payments may result in paused work or additional charges as outlined in that agreement.

Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client, except for third-party components, open-source software, and proprietary tools or frameworks that remain the property of their respective owners or Rapid Web Systems.

Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rapid Web Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
